I come here probably monthly, specifically for the generous red sauce portions they put on their pizzas. Id reccomend getting the girl back there away from making any of the pizzas. I have never had such a bad pizza from this place before. I order a normal cheese pizza and add a couple toppings. Comes out with white sauce and lacking atleast one of the toppings. I give the pizza back to the cashier and request a refund because the sole reason i patron here is because of the red sauce cheese pizza. they dont provide a refund because its through doordash.So i must wait 3 days for one. They dont give us a coupon or any sort of sorry. On top of all this, waiting for almost an hour. Just lazy.

Food was great! The only issue I’ve run into a few times is with the ranch. I’ve been told on multiple occasions that they were out, but twice now I’ve watched the customer ahead of me receive ranch right before I ordered. Today, the customer before me provided some type of number/code and was given cheese, peppers, and ranch. When I asked for cheese and ranch right after, I was told they were out. If there is a specific requirement to receive complimentary ranch (a code, rewards account, certain order, etc.), that’s completely fine — I just think it should be communicated clearly. Being told it’s unavailable when I just saw it provided creates an awkward experience and makes the interaction feel inconsistent. Again, the food was great. I’d just appreciate clearer communication around the policy.

I dont care what the bad reviews say. Friends, family our buissnes and myself always order here, they NEVER disappinted - fresh, crisp, beautifully tasty pizza. Try buffalo topping with side hot wings. Dont forget ranch

Shout out to the staff there today: Inna, Liana, Tim, and Rostik. The server behind the desk taking my order was amazing at helping me with suggestions since it was my first time there. I ordered 4 large pizzas, 2 orders of the 10 piece wings, and everything was delicious and great. Appreciate making this first experience with this place top quality experience and service. Definitely recommend and coming back if I'm ever in town.

Best pizza in the Sacramento area, in quality, quantity, and price. Do yourself a favor and check them out. I used to treat myself to Round Table, Mountain Mikes, and BJ's, but they are all way too over priced. That, and the service and quality of food I've received from them has been sub par at best (see my previous reviews). But Original Pizza House? I've been ordering from them now for over four years, and I've not once had a bad experience, bad customer service, or bad food. So yummy! So fresh! I'm in pizza heaven! <3
